yoga for pigeon pose
A class revolved around a peak pose of pigeon pose - a deep hip stretch and hip opener. So allow yourself some more space with the props, using either a rolled towel or blanket, even a firm cushion under the hips if you need. The trick for this practice, to be kind to yourself and don’t push your body beyond its limits.
