    As I started my yoga journey nearly 15 years ago, it started online, practicing from the comfort of my own home. This is where I felt most comfortable and free to explore my body and fall out of a pose, but most importantly, to step back in to my practice.

    This is why I wanted to create an online platform of my own. One that’s accessible, has modifications and place for you to learn, at your own pace.

  • Within the classes you’re given clear, concise instructions in to every asana (yoga pose), so you should never feel unsure! But I provide modifications you can choose to take at any point. Along with the subscription, you can ask me at any time if you have questions on any of the practices, I’ll reply to the comments as soon as I can.

  • In some of the classes, I’ll be demonstrating with yoga equipment to help create space, especially in the beginner videos. If you don’t have specialised equipment, don’t worry! Here’s some substitutes you can use:

    Blocks - Hardback book are great for this, stack as many as you need to get the height required.

    Bolster - Cushions with some density to them are excellent for a replacement! Grab as many as you need, a couple is always good as they sink more than a bolster would.

    Strap - Using a dressing gown belt, a normal belt or an old scarf are great for this!

    Blanket - Can roll up a towel or a normal blanket. You may want it to be a little bit firm so it supports you.

  • Nope. This is a space for you, and id designed to be flexible for you. So if you can only afford for 1 month, that’s no sweat! But as I spend a lot of time to prepare new classes, the support of your monthly or annual subscription goes a long way!

  • In your membership, you get access to the full library of videos (with audio files also coming soon!). In these you get a variety of length videos, with a mixture of different focuses, along with traditional classes, guided meditations and yoga nidras, along with exclusive online workshops and specialist classes.

    Your money goes a long way and will continue to support me, an independent, north west England yoga teacher to develop more videos for you, to keep everything as high quality as possible and to eventually branch out in to more face to face workshops, retreats and training. Your support if hugely appreciated and will never go unnoticed!

  • Of course! As the monthly subscription is only a pay each month, it is super simple to switch it at the end of the month by upgrading your membership type in your account.
